Fantastic February

February went fast! We had school, Valentine's day, a ski trip with family, and some other events. It seemed to really fly by!
Here is the month in review through pictures...

A picture of Raelyn at co-op in art class

A fun memory from a ski trip from 8 years ago.

Some clocks that no longer worked and we had to get rid of them...so sad!

Raelyn showing off her cute snowman handprint.
And all their Christmas crafts that mostly Raelyn made.
An all of our Christmas cards before I took them down.

Is this the only picture I got from the Super Bowl party? Possibly...LOL! The Kopp traditional treats of oreo and peanut butter cookies. I made these really yummy milky way brownie bites this year.

Look at my pretty yard with 2 pretty deer eating my grass and probably other things!

Isn't Stella the cutest?!

Valentine's day is always a favorite around here. I love to make a yummy dinner for my family along with giving them a little gift and some treats. I believe we had steak and shrimp with twice baked potatoes and a veggie. I wish I would have taken a picture so I could remember. Looks like we had strawberry ice cream with chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert.

It always seems we get snow right before we head out for a ski trip and it happened again this year. On February 15th we woke up to some snow on the ground. It is always so pretty! It was co-op that day and it was cancelled sadly. We were able to get away for a little bit of  sledding. It was pretty wet though.

Haha! Short sleeves!

Valentine pics of Raelyn! She was only one willing to take pictures for me in her Valentine shirt...I think my time of calendar pics is coming to an end soon. I might get through this year with Raelyn.

For our ski trip I made these yummy milky way brownie bites which are so yummy and homemade oreos! They were so good! Now I want to make more! LOL!

A little night play in the snow.

I got to go be a part of a surprise party for Gina at her work for her birthday! She was so embarassed, but it was so fun to surprise her!

On Saturday we drove to Schweitzer ski area to meet up with Hans' family for a ski trip. On the way we drove by Eastern Washington University because Olivia was thinking about going there.

The movie room at the cabin we rented was really fun!

The first day up at Schweitzer was a good day! Everyone had fun. I decided not to ski and brought my computer up to the lodge to work on it and watch the kids from the window when I could. I was able to get quite a bit done, visit with some interesting people and watch the kids ski so it was a good day!  The skiiers had a blast too!

This day was pretty crowded for lunch and I lost my table when I went out to watch them come down the mountain.

Day 2 was even better than day 1. More snow, nicer day, we got up there early and knew where to park and where to go. The kids and adults had a great day. Grandpa Eric stayed back at the cabin and I went back up to the lodge to watch and hang out again. I got to see them more this day and they also got some great pictures up on the mountain. I am glad they had a great time!

These pictures are not in the order of the day I don't think.

I really love these ones!

Love my girls!! They all really love skiing which is so fun for them!
And that their dad loves going with them!

Some of Olivia's Be Real posts...

I took these pictures at the beginning of day 2. It was such a pretty day!!

I got to watch everyone come down the hill and get some pictures of them.

Anna and Hans coming down!

We had a great trip and it was nice to be with family.

And the end of February...I bought this pretty heliborus at Costco.

I got my hair done after almost a year of not getting it done. I loved it!

The older girls got to go ice skating with the youth group and so we took Raelyn and her friend Olivia out to dinner at Red Robins.

And some pretty flower pictures...

The other thing that happened when we got home from our ski trip was we came home to Stella not feeling well. She started having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night waking me to go out and having accidents on the floor when we left her home.  I was very concerned and realized she was having diarrhea so I did a bunch of research and first thought it was worms so I wormed her a couple times, and started feeding her chicken, rice and pumpkin to help and it made it worse. So...after a lot of praying and searching I figured out she has an allergy to chicken and seafood. So after cutting that out she became less itchy, her stomach get better and her hair color returned to normal. It took over a month to figure this out though and it was a very stressful and hard time for me.
