Claire turned ten this year! Our second daughter is in double digits which just feels crazy to me! Life is speeding by to quickly for my liking...but on it goes! We celebrated for about a week. Claire got a sister present one night that Aubrey and Raelyn bought with their own money! And then the next night a present from mom and dad. She chose crepes for her birthday dinner that I made and we went out to eat one night as well.
Her birthday morning was on Friday, March 9th. We usually have cinnamon rolls but because she chose to have a sleepover this year we delayed the cinnamon rolls for the birthday party guests and had Sluy's Bakery doughnuts for breakfast on her birthday. This is the last of her dough boy maple bar.
Then it was decorating and preparing for the party. Claire chose a crazy cat craft party. We found some cute plates and cups at the store and I ordered paint by numbers cat pictures for each of the guests.
Dinner was first thing! We were hungry!
Then painting...They sat and painted so nicely!
Fran and Olivia decided to drink some coffee and then act a little crazy!
Then it was time for ice cream cake and decorate your own cupcakes!
Then it was time for gifts! Lucy brought quite t he gift...can you see the big long box?
It was full of 10 balloons that had a dollar in each balloon along with confetti! Fun, fun, fun!!
And then it was more painting and more silly and some of the girls left and went home and some of the stayed for the night.
The next morning it was the traditional jump on the trampoline routine, playing twister, and eating cinnamon rolls till the moms came to get them.
Audina came to play for the day as the other girls left so they did some more painting. And then we went to the Kopp house for Kael's paw party!
Another fun party in the books!
