Annual Church Campout

We went on our annual church campout a few weeks ago.  As always it was a lot of fun to hang out with our church family and camp in a beautiful spot.

Here are a few pictures of cute little Raelyn (with scratches on her face) before we left for camping.

This year more families came up on Wednesday night (actually all but two of the total families that came, came up Wednesday).  Unfortunately Wednesday when we arrived it was sprinkling and then it turned it to rain by the time we got set up.  To add to it there was a burn ban so no wood could be burnt in the park.  Fortunately for us our friends knew about it and let us borrow their propane fire. Which worked great and made us want one for our new house and camping in the future.  This year we paid extra for hook-ups and we weren't on the loop with everyone else.  But it was really nice to have the hook-ups!!  It made for a lot less to worry about and it was nice to have the air and power for monitors and white noise.

First night with our propane fire under a tarp.

I love kids in footie jammies!!

Nap time!

Holden was just so cute and smiley!  I got lots of cute pictures of him.

Hudson

Hannah and Livy were pals as there weren't many older girls.

Some of our friends are pretty serious about badminton.  Hans gets into his games.  He fell during this game and hurt his ribs.  They are still hurting two weeks out so we think he may have cracked them, but we do not have proof of this.

I told you Holden was a cutie!  I just couldn't stop taking pictures of this cutie!

Claire loves to dig!

Nothing like lots of food and sticky stuff in your hair to give lots of body!

We stayed three nights and it was just perfect.  The kids had lots of fun with their friends and were thoroughly worn out by the time we left.

The 4-H kids working on their dog stuff since the fair started that Sunday.  Livy fit right in!

The whole crew.  Minus Gina taking the picture and one family that had already left.

Our girls before we left.  Looks like they had fun right?!

Aubrey proceeded to take naps the next three days at 5 pm.  UGH!  Tired girl....

Another fun trip!  Already looking forward to next year...
