Aubrey Faith ~5 1/2 years

Aubrey Faith our little sweetie!  She is my petite yet feisty little girl.  She is still on the tiny side, but is full of creativity.  She loves to play, play and play some more.  She is starting to like drawing more doing great at writing her name and learning her letters.  She also likes to sing just like her buddy Claire.  She likes to wear crazy outfits ( and I often wish she would still let me help her pick out her clothes, but sadly she does not).  She loves to pose for the camera.  She loves swimming and the beach.  She loves to do her crazy laugh, hoard toys in her drawer, and doesn't always get along with Olivia very well.  She also loves to bring lots of things with her both in the car and when we go into places because she always needs something to play with.

Claire Elizabeth ~ 8 years

Our sweet little Claire Bear turned 8 back in March.  And we have been so busy with our move down here and then traveling afterwards that I didn't get time to take pictures like I usually do in April or May.  So I got her 8 year old pictures taken while we were in Montana and then some when we got back to San Diego.

This girl is just such a sweetie and I can't believe she is already 8.  I mean really I thought she was just 5 last week.  Let's see...Claire loves all things creative!  She still loves to sing and dance, but her new found love is drawing and making stories to go with them.  She still loves to play with Aubrey and now sometimes Raelyn and they can create and come up with the best stories.  She also is taking an interest in baking (seriously my waist line will be in trouble with these girls that love to bake!).  And if I ever let them craft in anyway she of course LOVES it!  She is becoming quite the helper around the house.  She likes to keep her room picked up and bed made, and has been doing great with the dishes (unloading, loading and even sometimes washing by hand).  Claire is still kind of picky when it comes to food, but is slowly getting better.  She also is not a lover of all things school, but she is getting there.  She still greatly prefers playing with her sisters to school but she is slowly getting better and I think this next year is going to be her break through year.  At least I am hoping it is.

Claire makes friends easily and has made quite a few friends here at our apartments.  She is missing home and is hoping to get another kitten when we get home.  She loves pets and animals just like Olivia does!   Some of Claire's nicknames are Clairey, Lizy Beans, Claire Liz, and of course Claire Bear.

She has lost 4 teeth so far.  Her two top front teeth and her two bottom side teeth.  Claire is missing her 2 middle bottom permanent teeth so she will be seeing the orthodontist in the near future to get a plan for her teeth put together.  We are bound to have lots of orthodontic work in the future with these 4 girls.

All of these pictures turned out so cute.  Claire being my fashion girl I would have loved to take a few more pictures of her in her different creative outfits, but we didn't have time.  So here are my favorites...and hopefully I will get some more here in San Diego someday soon.  So many favorites...which is your favorite?

2 week trip to Montana - Part 3

Thursday we were back in Kalispell and I had yet to see most of the extended family so we had a little get together out at Carrie's house.  It was fun to see everyone and visit and the kids all had fun playing together and doing a bit of fighting.  Just like brother's and sister's!!  Fun but as always just to short of time together!

I just love this little girl!  I could eat her right up!

And can you tell these girls just have a special place in their heart for Piper.  They just love her to pieces!

Next day was laundry and packing to prepare to leave on Saturday.  I had a little meet up with an old friend Carissa which was just so fun, and then took the girls to the park again for a bit before dinner.

And then we headed back for a last dinner and play time with the cousins.

And then it was Saturday and time to head back to San Diego.  Last of the packing and then we went to my favorite place to eat out at...MacKenzie River.

Josh was tired from his early morning rising to spray the fields with no wind.

And last goodbyes!!  Ah!  Miss them already!

Our flight left about 5 pm from Kalispell and then we had about a 2 or 3 hour lay over in Seattle.  So close to home yet so far away.  It was tough to sit there knowing just across the water the daddy daughter ball was going on and we were missing it.  So sad!!  We ate some dinner and then found a spot to plug in the lap top and let the girls watch a movie while we waited.

And then we were on our last leg of the flight around 9:30.  These girls were amazing while we flew.  Really they did so good!  I look like a crazy lady with all the luggage and kiddos but really they did so amazing.  This flight we had a great set up for seats where we actually got to sit next to Livy and the plane was really nice.

I love her ballerina pose!  She will be the next little 'rina!

Beautiful sunset!

And all the little fell asleep.  It took a bit to get them off the plane but again they did great and we were all glad to see daddy waiting for us in the baggage claim.
