We have cabinets!

Here are the pictures of the kitchen, I am super excited to have a big kitchen again and lots of cabinet space.

Here is the master bath all painted and with it's new cabinet. Along with all the cabinets they also put in all the doors yesterday as well. It is feeling more and more like a real home. We can't wait to get moved in !

Easter

Too cute, I couldn't resist this picture.The Easter bunny visited our house and Olivia really liked all her candy and gifts.

Well I couldn't resist the matching Easter dresses for Olivia and Claire this year. Olivia still likes matching so she liked that she matched her sister. Olivia loves dresses so she was happy to wear her dress all day, but I think Claire would have preferred her jammies although she put up with wearing the dress all day as well. Claire is 2 and 1/2 weeks and Olivia seems to be pretty well adjusted now to having a sister and wants to hold her all the time and wants her to be awake. So I am constantly telling Olivia to quiet down and not wake her sister. She is really loving to her though and very gentle.

Here are some more pics. We are doing really well and getting used to having a newborn in the house again. It is so fun to hold a tiny baby again. It is super nice to have family here to help us out.

Claire Elizabeth

Claire Elizabeth was born on March 9 at 10:58 pm. She weighed in at 8lbs. 6 oz. and 20 inches long. Everything went really well. Olivia came the next morning to meet her at around 9:30 am. Olivia loves seeing her baby sister and giving her kisses.

Progress

Well we are making progress on the house. Hans' parents, Mary and Eric, have been such a blesssing to us these past few weeks in helping us build both a front porch and our back deck, as well as filling in holes in the yard, moving wood and building supplies around and many other things. Hans has been helping as much as possible on the building as well as working swing shift (either 2pm til 11pm or 5 pm til 1 am), so needless to say he is burnt out. They finally got permanent power hooked up and the sheetrock is now up. We are now waiting for the taping and texturing to be done and then we can paint. Ahh so much to do and we still haven't had the baby. Hopefully she will arrive soon. So here are some pics of the house thus far.

We also had an exciting announcement from the Chadwick's that they are expecting their first baby in the middle of Sept. So Olivia and her sister will soon have a cousin. YAY! Congrats Kevin and Anna.
