...but we love it!!
As usual I am behind so the post that was suppose to be about Raelyn and her seven months new developments is morphing into and update post on our crazy life and all the miscellaneous things we have been up to lately.
But we will start with our little cutie who is SEVEN months already and will be eight months next Wednesday {sniff, sniff}. I've said it before but it is definitely going WAY TOO FAST!!
***Has gotten her two bottom teeth.
***Is crawling completely and getting fast. We have entered into operation keep the baby alive mode which means LOTS of picking up to keep all the little things she can choke on up off the floor. So difficult especially with Aubrey who loves to destroy everything and of course they have SO many little things.
***Is starting to pull up and loves to just stand holding onto things. This also means she is falling over more. Fortunately she has not discovered the stairs yet!
***Is sitting up pretty well now and will flip from crawling to sitting with ease.
***Loves to blow bubbles and has learned to squeal! She also has a low groan/growl she does when she is getting tired.
***I have started giving her some foods as she is pretty interested. I am not too excited about it as I don't love puree's and I don't know what is hurting her tummy yet so I don't want to complicate the process of figuring it out by adding too many foods to her diet. So far she has had avocado, applesauce, banana, sweet potato and a few random bites of various things. The girls especially love to feed her so I have to keep an eye on them that they don't shove too much in her mouth.
I had Hans take some pictures of me and her lying on the bed together. As this is where we spend a lot of time nursing and cuddling. She isn't nursing in the pictures but it will always remind me of how I would hold her in my arms.
A video of Raelyn crawling in Montana.
I love this video it just shows what it is often like around and I love that the girls don't notice that I am taping them. Aubrey singing and holding the baby. Olivia reading (and she is actually reading really awesome these days!!). And Claire reading through her books although usually Claire can be found playing with her little toys leaned up against a table. I will have to try to get a video of her doing this. When I listen in she just says some of the funniest cute things.
And now for the randomness!!

At a friends house for the Super Bowl. They have 3 little girls so they are a great family for us to hang out with. We have lots in common with them.

Olivia has been playing indoor soccer with her team from this last year. It has been a bit tough for her team, but I think it will help them get better in the end. We didn't realize indoor was so different from outdoor. There is no out of bounds so they are running a lot more and are getting more tired. It is also co-ed so there are a lot of mostly boy teams and their team is mostly girls except two boys who have never played before either. They haven't been having practices during the week just games each Saturday, so the learning has been slow going. They are still trying to figure out the goalie position, positions in general, and keep a good spacing. Ultimately she is having fun and getting to know her team mates better so I know it will pay off in the end.
For Valentine's Day we made Valentine's for the girls to take to school. I found these cool verses online and printed them off to put on hearts for their classmates.

Our Valentine's Day was fun and special. I decorated the table the night before and left out their cards and candy box from Grandma Janice. The big girls got some heart earrings and the little girls got necklaces.
That afternoon I made chocolate hearts and dipped strawberries for dessert. We had steak, potatoes, and asparagus for dinner. And then ice cream and chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert. The girls got ski socks for our upcoming ski trip and triplet littlest pet shop figures.

I did the great clothing project last weekend and into last week. This seriously takes me days to switch out clothes. Going through each girls drawers and closet finding all the too small clothes, digging out the proper season/size and getting their drawers and closet all set up again. Exhausting! And when you have 4 girls there is a lot of clothes!!
Aubrey has been potting training. I have been working on her and it is still a lot of work. Some days she is doing awesome and having little to no accidents. But other days it is more clean up than success. She is getting it and is usually good at going when I ask her to go. The problem comes in that she doesn't usually tell me she has to go in time and doesn't realize she has to go till she is going. I know she will get there but with 4 kids I need her to tell me when she needs to go as I can not remember nor have time to be putting her on the potty every half hour ;-)

See all the little toys?
Fun math project...symmetry painting.
Well that's it for now. Our crazy life! But we love it!!
